Help4Addiction was founded by someone who’s walked the road to recovery and knows the challenges firsthand. We’re not just another service—we’re a lifeline for people in crisis. Working here means being part of a compassionate, experienced team dedicated to helping individuals and families access life-changing treatment.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—especially those with personal or professional experience in addiction recovery. You might be a former client, a clinician, a carer, or someone who simply believes in our mission. If you’re compassionate, honest, and motivated to help others, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll do
Be the first compassionate point of contact for people seeking help for themselves or loved ones.
Listen without judgment, gather key information, and explain the range of detox and rehab options we can arrange.
Liaise with clinics, counsellors, and support teams to match each caller with the most suitable service.
Keep accurate case notes and follow up to make sure every client feels supported through the next steps of their recovery journey.
What we’re looking for
Empathetic communicator who can put anxious callers at ease.
Organised and detail-oriented—you’ll juggle multiple cases at various stages.
Lived experience of addiction (personal or within your family) or previous work in a helpline, healthcare, or social-care setting is a strong plus.
What you’ll do
Support our marketing lead in creating clear, compassionate content for the website, email, and social channels.
Help schedule posts, monitor analytics, and report on campaign performance.
Research addiction-recovery topics to ensure our material is accurate, helpful, and SEO-friendly.
Brainstorm new ways to reach people who need our service—whether that’s a social graphic, a blog outline, or a simple outreach email.
What we’re looking for
Strong written English and an eye for detail; any exposure to SEO, email platforms, or Canva/Adobe is a bonus.
Curiosity and willingness to learn—perfect for a recent graduate or someone making a career pivot.
Genuine interest in mental health or addiction recovery; empathy is essential to our brand voice.
Comfortable collaborating remotely and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Who am I contacting?
Calls and contact requests are answered by our admissions team at Help 4 Addiction. We work with a network of addiction rehabs throughout the UK and also some internationally. We do not own any of these clinics and we receive payment for our referral services.
We look forward to helping you take your first step.
