What Drug Rehab Services Does Help4Addiction Aid With?

7-Day Drug Rehab From £2,000

We advise that you have a 7-day stay in rehab if the addiction is mild or in the early stages.

During your time in rehab, you will be helped in your recovery through detox sessions, therapy, drug counselling, and other activities.

Facilities typically offer an inpatient treatment option or an outpatient treatment option. Inpatients stay at the clinic around the clock until their rehab is over.

Outpatients return to their own homes after the day is over, but they should return to the clinic each day to continue their treatment.

14-Day Drug Rehab From £4,000

14-day rehabs are also an option, allowing you more time to overcome your addiction and adjust to being free from the drug.

As with 7-day rehabs, you will have the option of being an inpatient or an outpatient. The length of the recovery process may affect how long you will stay at the chosen rehab centre.

28-Day Drug Rehab From £8,000

28-day drug rehab is available if it is deemed, or you feel, that you need at least a month for recovery.

It is likely that for this period of time, you will be an inpatient. Please be aware that the quality of your accommodation at the rehab centre may affect the cost of treatment.

Treatment at 28-day clinics may involve a series of different therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), drug counselling, detoxification, and activities. You will also receive support from the staff whenever it is required.

90-Day Drug Rehab

90-day drug rehab is for anyone who requires more time for their treatment.

Depending on the severity of the addiction, you may be required to enter a 90-day rehab treatment from the start. Your recovery is also taken into account, and you may have your 7, 14 or 28-day treatments extended to 90-day treatment if required.

Whether you choose to be close to your local area or in a completely new location is up to you, whatever helps you best with your recovery.

Inpatient and Outpatient Rehab

You will have the option of picking between inpatient and outpatient rehab treatment for your drug addiction.

Inpatient Rehab – If you are an inpatient, you will be expected to stay at the clinic during the recovery process. Inpatient treatment is ideal for individuals who wish to immerse themselves in the rehabilitation process. This can be incredibly effective, as there are fewer everyday distractions and you are far away from elements that may cause you to relapse.

Please be aware that staying at the rehab centre as an inpatient will affect the cost of treatment.

Outpatient Rehab – If you are an outpatient, you may travel back and forth from the clinic, but will be expected to return to the clinic for treatment.

Outpatient rehab is ideal if you want to stay in your own home during the treatment process. This may aid the process, as you can spend time around loved ones, who can provide support.

Quasi-residential Rehab– Quasi-residential rehab is a blend of both inpatient and outpatient rehab. Treatment at quasi-residential rehab most commonly involves staying at the rehab centre and travelling to other locations to receive treatment.

This option gives a greater sense of freedom while removing you from previous surroundings, which may cause you to relapse.

Private Drug Rehab – Private drug rehabs are most commonly residential, and can be very effective for helping individuals with severe addiction to drugs.

These rehab centres often include more holistic therapy types to aid in your recovery. You may also be able to access medical assistance where you need it, which may provide help and relief during the recovery process.
